Memopryl Testing & Quality: What the Seals Mean and What Is Still Unpublished

Written and reviewed by the Memopryl Editorial Desk · Last updated · 7 min read

Quick answerMemopryl's brand graphics show four seals: GMP, an FDA-registered facility, Manufactured in USA and a 60-day money-back promise. A facility can be registered with the FDA, but the FDA does not approve supplements. No lab certificate, factory name or Supplement Facts panel was in our files, so buyers can ask for specific test results.

The seals

What quality seals does Memopryl show?

The brand's product graphics carry four seals. Each one says something different, and none can be checked against a printed label from our files.

Below is what each seal means in plain terms. We describe them; we do not vouch for them.

Good Manufacturing Practice GMP seal
GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)

A brand seal saying the maker follows the FDA's supplement manufacturing rules (21 CFR Part 111). No certificate number has been published.

Registered FDA facility seal
Registered FDA facility

A brand seal about the factory, not the product. The FDA does not approve supplements.

Manufactured in USA seal
Manufactured in USA

A brand seal. The factory and the ingredient origins are not published in our files.

Money back 100% satisfaction guaranteed seal
Money back

Refers to the 60-day refund policy. It is a purchase policy, not a promise of results.

GMP

What does the GMP seal cover?

Good Manufacturing Practice GMP seal
The GMP seal appears in brand graphics. The federal rule it points to is 21 CFR Part 111; no certificate number or auditor has been named.

GMP stands for Good Manufacturing Practice. For supplements, the rules sit in 21 CFR Part 111.

They require makers to control their ingredients, keep batch records, test finished products and handle complaints. A lot number, like the one on the base of the bottle, is part of that record keeping.

A seal is a claim, not a certificate. Ask the seller for the certifying body and the date of the last audit.

Registration vs approval

Is an FDA-registered facility the same as FDA approval?

No. Registration means a factory has listed itself with the FDA. Approval would mean the FDA reviewed a product before sale, and the FDA does not have the authority to do that for supplements (FDA, Q&A on Dietary Supplements).

The maker is responsible for making sure a supplement is safe and labeled correctly. The FDA steps in after a product is on the market.

So a supplement is never “FDA approved,” whatever a seller or ad may say. Treat that phrase as a red flag on any copy you see online.

Terms that sound alike but mean different things. The FDA cannot approve supplements before they are marketed.

Origin

What does Manufactured in USA tell you?

It says the capsules were made in a U.S. factory. It does not say where the herbs were grown or where the raw powders came from.

The factory name and ingredient origins are not published in our files. A U.S. facility still has to follow the same Part 111 rules as the GMP seal points to.

Badges

Why doesn't this site show the brand's diet badges?

The brand also uses badges for doctor formulated, gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian, non-GMO and 100% natural. We leave them off this site on purpose.

Each of those depends on details that sit on the Supplement Facts panel or in lab records. The panel was not in our files, so we cannot confirm the capsule material, the other ingredients or any allergen line.

"Doctor formulated" also needs a named doctor to mean much, and no name has been shared. If you avoid gluten, dairy or animal products, read your bottle before your first capsule.

Vegetarian

Depends on the capsule shell, which is not published.

Gluten or dairy free

Depends on other ingredients and allergen testing.

Doctor formulated

No doctor has been named in our files.

Ask for proof

Which lab tests can buyers ask for?

You can ask the seller for a certificate of analysis (CoA) for your lot. A useful CoA names the lab, the date and each result.

The table lists the tests that matter most for a product with these six ingredients. St. John's wort deserves its own line because its strength affects medicine interactions.

A full certificate of analysis usually covers these areas. None of these results has been published for Memopryl.

How to ask

How do you ask for a certificate of analysis?

  1. Find your lot number

Look on the base of the bottle. Current stock is listed as lot MEM-26/GO-8833. The batch verify page shows where to look.

  2. Call the order desk

Call +1 (302) 200-3480 with your order ID and lot number. Ask for the CoA linked to reference MEM-8833-26-GO.

  3. Ask for specifics

Request the lab name, test date, and results for identity, amounts, heavy metals, microbes and hypericin.

  4. Keep a copy

Save any document you receive with your order email. Share it with your pharmacist if you take medicine.

Honest note

What quality details are still not published?

Several basics are missing from our files. We list them so you know what to check on your own bottle.

What is on record

  • Four brand seals: GMP, FDA-registered facility, Manufactured in USA, money back
  • Lot MEM-26/GO-8833 and CoA reference MEM-8833-26-GO on record
  • A sealed bottle of 60 capsules
  • Six named ingredients shown in the brand graphic

What is not published

  • The Supplement Facts panel and every ingredient amount
  • The lab certificate behind the CoA reference
  • The factory name, address and GMP certifier
  • The distributor name printed on the label
  • Any hypericin or other marker level

The Supplement Facts page explains what the missing panel should list.

Complaints

What happens if a batch has a problem?

A problem batch is traced through its lot number. GMP rules require makers to log complaints, look into them and keep records for each batch they ship.

That is why your lot code matters. If you report a cracked capsule, an odd smell or a broken seal, the desk can link it to one production run and check whether others reported the same.

Report problems with your order ID, the lot number and clear photos. Keep the bottle until the case is closed.

If in doubt, set it aside

Stop taking capsules from any bottle that looks, smells or feels wrong. Call +1 (302) 200-3480 and keep the bottle as evidence.

Safety link

How does quality connect to safety?

Quality is not only about purity. With St. John's wort, the amount in each capsule shapes how strongly it affects other medicines.

That is why the amount test matters as much as the seals. Until it is published, show your bottle to a pharmacist, and read the side effects page before you start. The ingredients page covers what each of the six does.
